Very friendly, honest people

Very talented people!!

Had the steering wheel lock up where the key would not turn to start and transmission would not shift. US Automotive got it all fixed in 2 days and everything is great. No other garage could get to it in 2 or more weeks. They were great!

Stopped by Monday because my regular mechanic could get me in until Thursday. What a great decision to give Mike and his team a chance. They performed a vehicle diagnostic first thing Tuesday morning. Found out I needed a new engine. They called the dealership and help me with what turned out to be a warranty issue. My car has 185,000 miles. I would have never imagined something like this would be covered without the effort Mike did to assist me. I have never had a shop go out of their way like this before. These guys are fantastic!

Not happy

Mike at US Automotive in Ozark was very courteous and efficient. He is an asset to the business and offered good advice and service. The crew began work on my car as soon as I arrived. I highly recommended this business.

Mike at the front desk was super professional and caring he took the time to give me a break down of where I’m at all that has been done on my vehicle plus he shuttled me to the gym! This place is awesome! Definitely plan on coming back

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. They assessed my vehicle and made suggestions according to what they found when doing my oil change. There were no high pressure sales, just an honest assessment. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

They was able to get the truck going so much faster than any other garage. They was super nice. Will be using them again if needed.
