About U.S. Automotive Inc.
Terry Hyden opened U.S. Automotive Inc. in Springfield, MO, in November 1986 with two employees, 3,200 square feet of floor space and eight service bays.
Today, he has two shops with 22,870 square feet of floor space, a total of 30 service bays (all with lifts) and 12 employees. He added the second shop, in Nixa, MO, in October 2006 and brought in Alan Quackenbush to manage it.

At U.S. Automotive we believe the first impression a new client gets when they walk into a shop for the first time is critical. U.S. Automotive believes that to gain the trust and the confidence of those clients, they must see that equipment in the bays is working and well maintained. We invest in up-to-date equipment because everyone benefits, especially our clients.

U.S. Automotive staff logged in 260 educational hours last year.
